We spent an evening running around some of the prettiest spots in Bemidji. We captured some moments at her home, South Shore Beach, Downtown Bemidji, and a private field, allowing us to capture every side of her personality. 

She planned each location after reading through my Senior Guide (aka the holy grail of outfits + locations + senior photo tips), and she absolutely nailed it!

Outfit and Location Variety That Felt So Her

I always love it when seniors choose to start their session at home. There’s something so special about capturing you in a place where you feel comfortable, confident, and totally yourself. We even got her adorable dog in the photos (10/10 would recommend bringing your pets!!). And then we went on to explore more of Bemidji.

Natalie brought a few different outfit changes to her session. Changing outfits during your senior session is such a fun way to show off different sides of your personality—casual, dressed up, outdoorsy, glam… I love it all and I highly recommend it!

How I Help You Feel Comfortable During Your Minnesota Senior Photoshoot

One of my favorite things about photographing seniors is watching their confidence grow in front of the camera. Natalie was a little quiet at first, but as the session went on, she relaxed and shined! I don’t expect you to be a model.
