During the wintertime, I recommend avoiding commuting if possible since you never know with the snow – that could cause unnecessary delays and stress!

Bluebelle Event Venue is my favorite wedding venue in Bemidji, MN! It is fantastic for summer and winter weddings alike since it offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for your big day. Located in Brainerd, MN, Northern Pacific Center is another stunning venue option for your winter wedding in Minnesota. Pier B is a wonderful wedding venue in Duluth, MN, offering a jaw-dropping waterfront view! The venue also provides indoor ceremony and reception space for your winter weddings, and you can also book rooms for your guests, so they won’t need to drive anywhere if the weather conditions are unsafe!

Stay Warm & Stylish
Minnesota winters can be a bit, well, CHILLY! So dress accordingly! Consider a long-sleeved wedding dress, elegant layers, and a faux fur shawl. This goes for your wedding guests and wedding party, too. You can be warm and still look absolutely FAB for your winter wedding photos!
As for your shoes, consider wearing boots or flats because icy pathways and heels are not a good combo!
